PUBLIC NOTICE: OPENING OF HACA HOUSING WAITING LISTS

The Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) is pleased to announce the following property waiting list opening from 01/11/2023 at 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on 01/17/2023:

• Pathways at Northloop – One (1) and two (2) bedroom
• Pathways at Santa Rita Courts – One (1), two (2), three (3), four (4) and five (5) bedroom
• Pathways at Thurmond Heights - One (1), two (2), three (3), and four (4) bedroom

Applicants to the wait list can apply at hacaapply.org.  A lottery will be used to randomly select the expected number of households for anticipated vacancies over the next 12 months. The selected applications will be placed on the waiting list.

All applications must be submitted through HACA’s online application portal at www.hacaapply.org. After 5:00 PM CST on 1/17/2023, new applications will not be accepted until another opening is announced.
