Eligibility to Win a Car Must be by July 27

Criteria:

• Be a resident of BTW or Chalmers Courts
• 18 years of age or older
• In good standing with your lease
• Currently employed and reported employment to manager’s office or enrolled in college or technical training program full time
• Current valid driver’s license
• Able to show proof of ability to obtain liability insurance
