The Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) is accepting bids for tree trimming,
removal, and stump grinding for approximately 25 properties including office buildings
all over the Austin area. Multiple contracts may be awarded to qualified sources. The purpose
of this contract is to secure an hourly labor per hour firm fixed price. This will be a
five-year contract, reviewed annually. Bids will be accepted until January 6, 2020 at 11:00
AM/CST.


By submission of a response to the Invitation for Bid, the contractor agrees, if its
proposal is accepted, to enter into a contract with the Housing Authority of the City of
Austin in the form included in the contract documents, to complete all work specified or
indicated in the contract documents, for the contract price and within the contract time
indicated in the bid package. The contractor further accepts all the terms and conditions of
the bid package including without limitation those dealing with deposit of bid guarantee.


The Invitation for Bid, will remain open for the period specified, must be independently
arrived at, and be prepared in accordance with the instructions to bidders (HUD form 5369).
