The Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) is pleased to invite qualified development partners to submit Statements of Qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for its portfolio of subsidized multifamily housing. This solicitation represents a significant opportunity to partner with HACA in advancing a long-term vision to preserve, enhance, and expand high-quality affordable housing within the City of Austin. All work resulting from this RFQ shall be completed in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Multiple contracts may be awarded. All proposals will be evaluated by HACA’s defined scoring criteria.

Gallager, insurance broker for the Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified sources for employee benefits to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance and AD&D, voluntary Life Insurance and AD&D, Short Term Disability, Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Voluntary plans(i.e. Critical Illness, Accident, etc), FSA administration, and HSA administration. HACA reserves the right to award multiple contracts. Contracts may be renewed annually, pending funding availability, and performance for a period not to exceed five years. All plans have an effective date of April 01, 2026. Responses are due no later than 12 / 09/ 2025.
