Limited wait list opening for 25 project-based HCV and 25 project-based VASH vouchers at Terrace at Oak Springs

The Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) announces a limited wait list opening for 25 project-based HCV and 25 project-based VASH vouchers at Terrace at Oak Springs. HACA will begin accepting pre-applications online at 12:00 p.m. on April 8, 2019. This opening is ONLY for single households who:

•Is aged 18 and older, AND
•Has completed Coordinated Assessment administered by a member of the Austin/Travis County Continuum of Care (CoC), AND
•Is chronically homeless; AND
•Has a verifiable disability; AND
•Meet the tenant selection criteria as outlined by property management.
