DRAFT 2021 PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY ANNUAL PLAN A 45 Day Public Comment Period for the draft 2021 PHA Annual Plan and updates to the 2020 2024 Five year Plan commence on Friday, October 16, 2020, and conclude on Monday, November 30, 2020. Three Public Hearings to be held: November 10, 2020, at 10:00 AM (via teleconference); Friday, November 13, 2020, at 12:00 PM (via and Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at 5:30 PM (via teleconference to receive public input for the draft 2021 Annual Plan and updates to the 2020 2024 Five Year Plan.
