WAITING LIST OPENS FOR BOULDIN OAKS, BOOKER T WASHINGTON, CORONADO HILLS, MANCHACA II, MEADOWBROOK, LAKESIDE, AND THURMOND HEIGHTS APARTMENTS
Pathways Asset Management, Inc. has announced a waiting list opening for Pathways at Bouldin Oaks, Booker T Washington, Coronado Hills, Manchaca II, Meadowbrook, Lakeside, and Thurmond Heights Apartments, from 8 a.m. August 25, 2025 to 5 p.m. August 29, 2025.
Applications MUST be submitted through the online application portal. The application can be accessed by any computer, tablet, or cell phone with an internet connection. Applicants must have an EMAIL address to apply and the ability to access that email.
BEDROOM SIZES:
Pathways at Meadowbrook: 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom waiting lists will open.
Pathways at Lakeside: 0, 1, and 2 bedroom waiting lists will open.
Pathways at Booker T Washington: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom waiting lists will open.
Pathways at Coronado Hills: 1, 2, and 3 bedroom waiting lists will open.
Pathways at Boudin Oaks, Thurmond Heights, Manchaca II: 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom waiting lists will be open.
