Underwriting Assessment Reports for the Proposed St. John North and St. John South

At the request of South Congress Public Facility Corporation, an affiliate of the Austin Housing Authority, Walker Dunlop has prepared underwriting assessment reports for the proposed St. John North and St. John South, a proposed two-phase Section 303 PFC project. The developments comprise two adjacent multifamily developments with an aggregate of 525 units situated in Austin, Texas.
