PUBLIC NOTICE: WAITING LIST OPENS FOR NORTHGATE AND GASTON PLACE APARTMENTS

Pathways Asset Management, Inc. has announced a waiting list opening for Pathways at Northgate and Gaston Place Apartments, from 8 a.m. March 24, 2026 to 12 p.m. March 27, 2026.  

Applications MUST be submitted through the online application portal. The application can be accessed by any computer, tablet, or cell phone with an internet connection. Applicants must havean EMAIL address to apply and the ability to access that email.

BEDROOM SIZES:

Pathways at Northgate: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom waiting lists will open.

Pathways at Gaston Place: 1 and 2 bedroom waiting lists will open.

LOCATION:

Pathways at Northgate is located at 9120 Northgate BLVD.
Pathways at Gaston Place is located at 1941 Gaston Place Drive.
