Goodwill At Work
"Hall of Honor: Eight clients honored at annual banquet"
Spring 2005

Kelly Roth first entered Goodwill's Job Source Program at the Rosewood Family Enrichment Center in January 2004. She had a varied work history, where she never quite found the right "fit." She had been out of work for awhile and needed help finding permanent, stable employment. She attended classes to update her computer skills and brushed up on general office procedures. Eventaully Kelly landed a temporary job with Brackenridge Hospital, where she worked for several months before transferring to Seton Medical Center for a full-time permanent position. Kelly now works as an Environmental Services Associate, cleaning rooms and offices at the hospital. With her determination to succeed and her desire to help others in need, there's no doubt Kelly will continue to strive. "I'm just ready to keep stepping up, keep moving up," she said. "Goodwill has helped me realize that there's always help out there."
