HACA UNVEILS ONLINE PRESS ROOM

WHAT: The Housing Authority of the City of Austin today unveiled a new online medium for providing journalists easy access to a variety of HACA information. The HACA press room can be found on the Web at http://www.hacanet.org/press/.

HACA’s press room contains a variety of information relevant to what a journalist needs to know about the housing authority. Key areas of the new section of the site include:

Story Ideas -- Information on some of HACA’s newsworthy programs and accomplishments.
Digital Media Kit -- The latest spec sheets, executive director bio and program information for journalists to stay updated.
Events Calendar -- A calendar of various events scheduled through various departments of the agency to assist journalists in planning which events they would like to cover.

HACA’s press room also contains current and archived press releases, newsletters, HACA media contact information, annual reports and artwork for easy viewing and downloading.
