1. The Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) announces a limited wait list opening for Non-Elderly Disabled Housing Vouchers. This opening is ONLY for persons who
• Are Non-Elderly Adults (between the ages of 18 and 61), AND
• Are disabled, AND
• Are transitioning from a nursing facility.
