Rental Listing Policy
Our current rental listing removal policy is to automatically remove any listing from the available units list once it has been on the list for a period of two months. Since Nov. 1, 2003, HACA highlights all rental listings whose time has expired on the Current Listings page of our Web site. Once all the expiring listings are highlighted, they will remain listed for one week. It will be the landlords’ responsibility to contact Gisela Silva, the landlord outreach specialist at 477-1314 Ext. 1301 or by e-mail: giselas@hacanet.org to update the listing or it will be removed at the end of the week. Also, if you rent your available property before the two-month period, please contact Gisela to have it removed from the available units list. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation!
