All Invitations for Bids (IFBs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) are subject to HACA's procurement policies and federal guidelines. HACA encourages the participation of Minority Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises in response to available contracts.

The Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) is requesting qualification statements from experienced and qualified planning firms or individuals to serve as the “Planning Coordinator” for HACA’s proposed U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (“HUD”) Choice Neighborhoods Planning project.
